Multi parcel land assemblage for industrial land uses
Feldman Holdings used its intimate market knowledge of industrial development to identify an opportunity to assemble acreage at the intersection of two major highways. The land ownership was fractured and had outdated zoning. Feldman worked for months to assemble multiple parcels while coordinating with the city and the economic development corporation on land uses and zoning. The land was farmland and required extensive coordination for civil infrastructure planning. While working with the city, Hillwood announced a large project next door. Feldman then engaged with Hillwood to plan regionally. Feldman led all efforts including bringing in a Family office to purchase the parcels in an all cash transaction and then successfully exiting the assemblage within two years.
