Feldman Holdings worked with a current client on an equity raise for an 80% occupied office building the client had under contract. The client was able to secure a favorable purchase price on an office building in the midst of a capital markets crisis. Despite a good deal on paper, the client was unable to source the $21M equity needed to close the purchase and was in danger of losing significant earnest money. Feldman Holdings executed a Fee Agreement to source equity and despite the poor office and capital markets was able to work with a Fund partners to see the real opportunity in the transaction. The purchase was closed and the client was able to execute on a value add leasing strategy.
